This policy explains how subscriptions to APEX (operated by AAA Designs LLC) renew, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything. If you do not cancel, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly price.
Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. After the trial, your payment method is automatically charged the monthly price of your plan (APEX Core $49, APEX Command $99, or APEX VIP $199) every month until you cancel. We do not charge setup or cancellation fees.
You can cancel at any time — during the trial to avoid any charge, or later to stop future renewals — in any of these ways:
When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again. You keep access to your paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for; access ends when that period expires.
Because the free trial lets you evaluate APEX at no cost before any charge, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current month. However, we want you treated fairly, and we will review refund requests in good faith, including in cases such as:
To request a refund, email support@apexcommand.app within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region (for example, statutory rights of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK, or state auto-renewal laws in the United States). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general rule above.
