This policy explains how subscriptions to APEX (operated by AAA Designs LLC) renew, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe (founding-member purchases; AAA Designs LLC is the seller of record) and by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record (standard subscriptions).
APEX is currently offered through limited founding-access windows, with no free trial. Billing begins at purchase: your payment method is charged $99 for your first month and then $49/month (USD), auto-renewing at that locked founding rate every month until you cancel. Founding seats are released in limited batches; when a window is full, new sign-ups join the waitlist for the next window.
Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Your payment method is automatically charged your plan's monthly rate every month until you cancel. We do not charge setup or cancellation fees.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, in any of these ways:
When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again. You keep access to your paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for; access ends when that period expires.
Because our plans bill monthly and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current month. However, we want you treated fairly, and we will review refund requests in good faith, including in cases such as:
To request a refund, email support@apexcommand.app within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the processor that handled your purchase (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy).
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region (for example, statutory rights of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK, or state auto-renewal laws in the United States). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general rule above.
